The Role

As a Legal Analyst within our client’s dynamic team, you’ll play a pivotal role in M&A due diligence and corporate transactional matters. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and summarising various legal documents, utilising cutting-edge legal technology for data management and analysis, and contributing to other transactional legal tasks. We’re seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in M&A due diligence or general corporate law as a paralegal or legal tech professional, along with a keen familiarity with corporate contracts.
