Our award-winning client is a leading boutique firm, highly renowned for their seamless service on cross-jurisdictional matters. The litigation department advise on cases involving court litigation and arbitration and include multinational businesses, large organisations, small and medium sized enterprises and individuals. Much of the disputes practice involves an international element including dealing with international arbitrations in London and overseas, and co-ordinating foreign proceedings.
