Our award-winning client is a leading boutique firm, highly renowned for their seamless service on cross-jurisdictional matters. Ranked highly for their sector work, they have strengths and expertise in the financial services, technology and professional services industries, although their transactional, advisory and disputes capabilities extend well beyond these areas.

The litigation department advise on cases involving court litigation and arbitration and include multinational businesses, large organisations, small and medium sized enterprises and individuals. Much of the disputes practice involves an international element including dealing with international arbitrations in London and overseas, and co-ordinating foreign proceedings.

Within this challenging role and a collaborative team, you will become involved in a broad spectrum of work across most aspects of the general commercial litigation and international arbitration team. Some interest, or experience, in one or other of international arbitration or civil fraud (or both) is desirable although not essential for the role. Ideally, you will demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop in these particular areas.

As such, the challenging role will offer a strong remuneration package. Whilst the firm prides itself on the variety & quality of the work, it doesn’t cease to encourage a personable, friendly and supportive culture and collegiate nature for employees. If you are interested in applying for this role, or if you would like to have a confidential discussion about the disputes/arbitration/civil fraud market generally, please contact Mila Novakovic at milanovakovic@taylorroot.com
