Lawyer/Associate – Restructuring & Insolvency
Role
Our client, a top-tier Australian law firm, is looking to add a Lawyer or Associate to its high performing Restructuring & Insolvency team.
This team has front-end restructuring and back-end insolvency capability and is open to meeting with Associates who have either front-end restructuring or back-end insolvency experience (or a mix of both).
In this role, you will be working on distressed lending and restructuring transactions and/or related contentious domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience from a top-tier, mid-tier or reputable boutique law firm in Australia.
