Junior Legal Counsel – Global Pharmaceutical – Berkshire/Hybrid

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role will provide general and commercial legal advice to core business areas. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, promotional terms, and contract templates for their human pharmaceutical and animal health products. The role will also have a broad remit across trademark management, company secretarial, modern slavery, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be UK qualified with 0-2 years’ PQE. Knowledge of FMCG, pharmaceutical, or life sciences would be advantageous but not essential. Solid experience with contract law is required with the independence to manage your own workload.

This role would suit an analytical and collaborative individual who is able to find effective legal and business solutions.
