Junior Corporate Solicitor – Leading Domestic Firm

A leading firm in the market are looking to hire a junior Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate team in their Dublin office.

The role will largely focus on advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including the following:

– M&A

– Restructurings

– Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)

– Joint Ventures

– Private Equity and Venture Capital

– Cross-border Mergers

The ideal candidate for this role will be either newly qualified or have up to 3 years PQE and will have experience with corporate law.
