Our Client, a top tier US Insurance Company, is seeking to recruit an M&A Lawyer to join its Corporate Transaction Risks’ team in Milan.

Reporting to the Head of M&A Southern Europe based in Milan, you will be part of a top tier European M&A team of about 30 lawyers, and you will cover the Southern European Region.

In this role, you will undertake a process of legal and commercial risk analysis for M&A deals, with a view to providing clients with a bespoke insurance solution that allows them to meet their transaction objectives. Your activities will be focused on underwriting corporate transaction deals across all sizes and sectors of business, carrying out detailed warranty and business statement analysis.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a business minded M&A lawyer looking to broaden up their horizons and make the move in-house. This job is ideal for someone who is proactive, driven, self-motivated and who enjoys working autonomously and independently as part of a team.
