Our client, a Top 50 practice, is looking for an IP solicitor to join the firm on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have both contentious and non-contentious IP experience including, IP rights, copyright and database rights, trademarks, patents, and rights in confidential information. The team advises a broad range of clients in the transport and infrastructure, construction, banking and financial services and hotel and leisure sectors, therefore having experience in these sectors would be highly beneficial.
You will ideally have a minimum of 4+PQE from a City practice ranked in the Legal 500 for their IP offering and you will be available at short notice. Individuals who have trained at top City law firms with recent in-house experience are welcome to apply.
