IP Solicitor – Top City Law Firm – London.

Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a brand new and exciting vacancy for an experienced IP Solicitor, working for our client a top international law firm headquartered in London. This role is to cover a period of Maternity leave and the contract length is 12 months.

The firm are known in the market for their international and national presence working with clients in various different sectors. The firms IP team advise on a full range of IP rights, including trademarks, designs, patents, and copyright issues.

Although this role will have elements on contentious work, representing clients in all IP disputes tribunals (court proceedings and UKIPO etc) this role will predominantly be focused on the management of trademark portfolios and corporate support work assisting a Senior Associate within the team.

The successful IP Solicitor therefore must have non-contentious IP experience and most importantly IP corporate support work. The hiring preference for this role is an IP solicitor who has experience working for another Top 100 law firm, ideally based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IP solicitor up to 6 years PQE to join a growing team with access to working on high quality level of work with some great clients and brand names.
