IP Senior Associate/Partner – 10+ PQE

Our client is a boutique firm based in West Sussex, highly renowned for their high-quality legal practice in the Southeast and development of their own AI driven legal software. The firm are undergoing an exciting growth trajectory to significantly increase the firm’s headcount and teams, to develop a full-service offering and expand their offices to London.

This niche role offers an experienced senior associate/partner, the opportunity to begin & expand a new IP department. The nature of the practice will encompass a range of soft IP matters, relating to copyrights, trademarks and IP rights in the wider context of larger commercial transactions, hard IP matters relating to patents and litigation on IP issues arising from infringement.

As part of this challenging role, you will be engaging in business development strategy, marketing activities and law firm economics, to promote the firm in aid of materialising growth plans.

Ideally, you will have 10+ years PQE as an employment senior associate or partner, with the ability to work independently and a commercially minded approach.
