International Legal Counsel

We have been instructed by an Italian Listed FMCG company to source an International Legal Counsel.

Reporting to the General Counsel Compliance and Group Functions, you will join a team of 3 and support the business at international level in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with particular regard to supply chain agreements, contribute to managing and ensuring implementation of the compliance program at an international level as well as provide training and support to the business.

To qualify you will be an Italian qualified lawyer with around 4-7 years of post-qualified experience in commercial contracts – particularly supply chain and distribution agreements, antitrust and e-commerce.

Fluency in English is essential to fill this role.
