Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute operational audits, including procurement, payroll, and expenses.
  • Manage co-sourced arrangements for specialized audits (e.g., tax).
  • Collaborate with external auditors (Deloitte) to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
  • Identify and assess key risks and controls.
  • Develop and implement audit plans.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
  • Mentor and support the development of a graduate team member.

About You:

  • 3 -10 years of internal audit experience preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 1
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, gravitas, and a proactive approach.
