Internal Audit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute operational audits, including procurement, payroll, and expenses.
- Manage co-sourced arrangements for specialized audits (e.g., tax).
- Collaborate with external auditors (Deloitte) to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
- Identify and assess key risks and controls.
- Develop and implement audit plans.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Mentor and support the development of a graduate team member.
About You:
- 3 -10 years of internal audit experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 1
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, gravitas, and a proactive approach.
