Insurance Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4PQE)

About the Role:

Work Type: Broad mix including property damage, subrogated recovery, breach of contract claims, and property-related disputes.
Location: Hybrid working available. Based in either Birmingham or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a variety of insurance litigation cases.
Managing subrogated recovery claims.
Addressing breach of contract claims.
Resolving property-related disputes.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with NQ-4 years PQE.
Experience in insurance litigation, recoveries, commercial litigation, civil litigation, or property litigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
