Our client, a fantastic international City law firm is seeking an interim incentives lawyer on a daily rate basis due to increased workloads on the team. The firm is open to individuals seeking a full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc consultancy basis.
The firm's employee benefits and incentives team advises across a broad range of sectors including financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, natural resources and real estate. The team is fully integrated with the employment and pensions practice, and has daily interaction with the rest of the firm's departments such as corporate, tax and financial regulation.
The successful incentives lawyer will be ideally 5+ PQE with solid experience working in the area of employee benefits and incentives. You will undertake both advisory work, such as drafting share plan documentation and advising on corporate governance and regulatory issues, as well as working on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions.
The firm is keen to consider flexible/remote working.
