Our client, a global investment firm, is looking to hire an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to join its growing office in Dublin as Senior Legal Counsel.

The role will involve supporting the firm on execution and transaction management. This includes providing legal advice to the firm on all transactions (including senior secured mortgage-backed lending, mezzanine financing, back-leverage, loan-on-loan and investments in CMBS); ensuring that transactions are structured and executed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; advising on the effective structuring of transactions; managing all legal aspects of the transaction closing process; and, supporting the team post-closing in connection with future performing loan consent matters.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer with cross-border transactional experience in private debt investments, in particular real estate finance gained from a top tier law firm and/or in-house with a leading financial institution or investment firm.
