Great opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join the in-house legal team of a global leisure and entertainment company in Birmingham.

Working within an established legal team within a thriving and growing business, the role will be fast paced and varied and will provide a lot of opportunities for a commercial lawyer looking to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The day to day role will include; drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a wide range of commercial contracts (for example; service agreements, supply of goods, IT and software agreements, media and marketing agreements), advising on compliance and regulatory matters, handling disputes, providing general employment advice and supporting other areas of the business with general queries.

The idea candidate will be a qualified lawyer with circa 2-6 years' post-qualification experience, solid academics and good exposure to a range of commercial law matters. This role would suit a lawyer already working in-house and looking for progression or a commercial lawyer in private practice looking to make their first move in house. Candidates must be self-motivated, highly organised and able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
