A leading global law firm in London is looking to recruit an In-house Employment Lawyer for the OGC team. The role will support on all employment law matters pertaining to the firm’s attorneys and business professionals located throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

The successful candidate should be a UK qualified Solicitor with 3 PQE from an international professional services firm.

You will get involved on a wide range of employment law subjects, including employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, terminations, capability matters, employment contracts, and commercial outsourcing and supplier contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of employment agreements (as above)
  • Monitoring and analysing changes in employment law and providing updates and training to relevant stakeholders
  • Advise on compliance with local employment laws and regulations in EMEA

Requirements:

  • UK qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE
  • Understanding/experience with global employment laws
