In-House Corporate Counsel – Law Firm

A top international law firm are looking for experienced corporate lawyers to join their in-house team in London.

The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A and transactional work, partnership agreements, drafting board resolutions, corporate restructurings and firm governance.

Candidates can come from fee-earning or in-house backgrounds, and will ideally be 4-6 PQE.

In this role you will work closely with the Board, Managing Partner, Senior Partners and Executive management of the firm, and report into the Head of Business Affairs. This is an in-house role.
