As sole legal counsel for EMEA your role will be to facilitate their UK and international growth plans by working with new and existing partners and suppliers to scale the business.
Reporting to the US based General Counsel you will work across the broad range of commercial, corporate, IT, IP and HR disciplines required in a fast-growing business, leveraging external counsel where necessary. The work would include:
- Responsible for providing general legal advice on a wide range of commercial, transactional, compliance, regulatory, employment and cross border matters;
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a range of contracts;
- Advising on data protection and compliance
- Work with business teams to research and evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
To be considered for this position you must be UK qualified at a top tier law firm and possess at least 4 years PQE. Ideally you will have in house experience in the technology industry and a broad commercial skill set.
