Our client is an internationally operating company in Zug. They are now looking foir a

Head of Legal (f/d/m)

to join the international office in Zug. You will be adivsing the company on a broad range of legal topics. You will be advising on general legal, regulatory and compliance topics with respect to ongoing business activities such as advertising, consumer protection, commercial transactions, data protection and intellectual property. You will be supervising and managing other team members to oversee the management of the IP portfolio and provide practical guidance and actionable advice when it comes to use and registration of our IP. You will be responsible for supervising the data protection team as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements such as license, IT, IP, privacy, service and distribution agreements.

You will be a qualified lawyer (preferrably qualified in Switzerland or Germany) with excellent German skills. You will have solid understanding and experience in handling intellectual property matters including reviewing IP clauses in contracts and managing an international IP portfolio. You will possess emonstrable experience and understanding in handling GDPR compliance and data protection operations (CIPP certification an advantage).
