Our client, a leading Irish firm, is seeking a Head of Learning & Development for its office in Dublin.
Reporting in to the Managing Partner, this role is responsible for developing and implementing a Learning & Development Strategy in line with the firm's overall strategic objectives. This will involves working with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritise firm-wide, department, practice group and individual career development needs for all roles within the firm.
The role includes the management of knowledge and library information services and the roll out of knowledge and training to clients.
Candidates should have significant experience gained in a leading commercial law firm and hold learning & development qualifications or membership of bodies such as IITD or CIPD.
