German-Speaking NQ – Commercial Contracts

A Global Organisation is looking for a Newly Qualified Legal Counsel to join a dynamic team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role will suit someone who has (or will soon be) Qualified in either Germany or otherwise England & Wales/Europe with professional fluency in German, and strong Commercial Contracts experience. The role will be based in London and key responsibilities include:

* Reviewing, revising, drafting, coordinating and helping negotiate documents for internal clients across the global offices, such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, master service agreements and non-reliance letters.
* Reviewing reports or working product issued to clients globally.
* Coordinating communication with and between the firm’s clients, internal stakeholders, in-house counsel, outside professionals and service providers to resolve open issues and obtain internal engagement approvals.
* Assisting with compliance and other risk management matters coordinated by the Legal Team.
