General Counsel – FinTech

Our client, a global disruptor in crypto infrastructure, is recruiting its General Counsel.
You will manage an impressive and established legal team in a high growth company and sector, reporting into their highly regarded Chief Compliance and Risk Officer and working closely with the executive leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of the company’s expansion into new jurisdictions, be involved in product/innovation and advise on a wide array of other legal work including commercial data privacy, IP, regulatory issues, and co sec matters.
You will have a vital and broad role, an opportunity to make the role your own and further expand the team around you within a dynamic and mission-driven environment.
You will have worked in-house in a high growth company and have ideally have some experience managing a team.
This position is based in central London and is offered on a full-time/hybrid basis with 3 days in their office.
