We are instructed by a growing litigation funder looking to hire a future trainee with the LPC completed to join its in-house team and support on a range of matters, contentious and non-contentious.
This opportunity is with a relatively new and expanding litigation funder in London that provides a range of services relating to high-end commercial/financial litigation and dispute regulation, personal injury claims and class action suits. The team provides funding solutions and expertise to support these matters through their in-house industry experts and a broad network of lawyers.
The business would ideally like to hire a future trainee who has completed the LPC and gained some significant legal experience.
The focus of the role will actually be mainly on the traditional in-house set of responsibilities including the review and negotiation of commercial contracts and NDAs, assisting with the company secretarial function along with anything else the team needs support on but it will also see you get involved in various stages of due diligence around the contentious side of the work and provide you with some litigation exposure.
If you are a future trainee with the LPC and at least a year until the start of your training contract, please feel free to get in touch.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
