Taylor Root are currently seeking an experienced Funds Paralegal to join our client, a leading US law firm. This role will be based In the firms London office and will be offered on a permanent basis.
Our client is recognized as one of the most successful law firms globally, and act for many of the most successful companies and institutions in the worlds on their high stake matters and transactions.
The Funds department is offers a fully integrated service providing advice to fund managers, advisers and other service providers throughout the life cycle of a fund, from the raising and draw down of investment to realization or returns.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the entity set up, drafting ancillary documents (minutes, resolutions etc), investor transfers, billing arrangements, maintain fund documentation and post matter review processes.
The ideal candidate will likely have at least 1 years of funds paralegal experience working in another leading law firm. This role also has the potential to progress further beyond a paralegal role and has seen previous successful candidates go on a train with the firm.
