Funds Paralegal

My client, an elite US law firm in London, is currently looking for a Funds Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

The firm are known for their market leading work with best-in-sector clients on high-profile, complex and often multi-jurisdictional funds matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Funds team in a range of areas, including regulatory compliance, fund formation and structuring, due diligence, and transaction closing, working closely with fee-earners and external counsel.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months experience working in the funds or transactional team of a leading law firm. They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a client-focused commitment to delivering high-quality work.
