Our client is a leading US law firm. They are looking to recruit a junior associate (NQ-4 PQE) into its funds team.

The team advise on the full spectrum of fund formation and operation. This includes M&A activity within the fund space and secondary transactions. The team advises on a range of fund governance and regulatory matters, and ESG related issues.

Our client is considering those with experience from rated fund platforms that have qualified or are due to be qualified in March 2023.
