Leading asset management company seeking a funds lawyer to join a growing team.

You will advise on a range of matters including fund/product structuring, fund documentation, and supporting on strategic product development initiatives.

This is a highly-business facing position.

You will ideally bring experience across a variety of jurisdictions (eg UK, Lux, Ireland) and fund structures including AIF and UCITs ranges. Experience drafting Prospectuses and KIIDs would be helpful. Knowledge of ESG investing would also be advantageous.
