Funds Lawyer, 1+

Our client is a global alternative fund manager with over $70bn of AUM looking to appoint a private equity funds lawyer to its EMEA Structuring team in London.

In this role you will advise on the fund structuring, formation, and establishment of investment funds as well as leading on negotiations with investors supporting the investment, sales and marketing teams. Experience advising on LPAs and PPMs would be ideal.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 1 year PQE advising on alternative, real estate, private equity and debt funds. Experience in closed-ended funds, including Delaware and Luxembourg structures would be ideal.

This role would suit a technically strong lawyer from private practice looking for their first move In-House or an In-House lawyer looking to work on cutting edge fund structuring work across a broad range of asset classes.
