This award winning global fintech with 15+ offices worldwide is looking to appoint a Commercial/Tech/Procurement legal counsel to its EMEA Legal Team in Paris or Luxembourg.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, be a UK/Common Law qualified lawyer, or French qualified/juriste with UK experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE negotiating complex commercial contacts.

This role will be based in Paris (ideally) or Luxembourg and will suit a French speaking lawyer with experience advising on UK and/or US law governed contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements including software license agreements, SaaS, interface development agreements, data licensing agreements and related service agreements with software vendors, connectivity partners, financial data providers and other tech service providers.
  • You will also advise on a broad range of commercial work relating to Tech, IP, Privacy and procurement matters.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ PQE advising on commercial contracts, tech, IT, procurement, privacy issues;
  • Strong academics obtained from a top university; and
  • Trained and qualified at a top City law firm.
