Our client is a prestigious top-tier law firm, with a leading territory of family practice, across the UK and other jurisdictions. They immerse themselves in work dominating high net worth divorce, finance and children matters, are renowned for their press & media coverage in addition to landmark proceedings and law reform.

The financial forensics team prides itself on advising high-profile individuals and incorporates an incomparable commercial approach, involving an interface between the law and finances.

As part of a role in a competitive industry, you will be engaging primarily in advisory for matrimonial finances, including:

  • Preparing financially focussed legal documents to assist lawyers in understanding the financial landscape of a case;
  • Assisting with valuations of corporate interests enabling questioning of expert reports;
  • Demonstrating an understanding of a variation of financial assets and financial disclosure in legal proceedings;
  • Providing reports and sculpted documents to explain findings in cases, often involving court attendance and testimony.

Ideally, you will be an NQ or 1-year PQE chartered accountant with demonstrable experience in forensic investigations and/or disputes, preferably large blue-chip organisations. As such, a strong and competitive remuneration package will be offered above market rate for similar practice.
