First UK hire – Private Equity Lawyer

I have been exclusively instructed on a first UK hire position for an experienced corporate M&A / private equity Lawyer to join a global investment firm with investment teams and operations in Europe, Asia and the US, who focus on entrepreneur led businesses.

The role will be reporting to the head of the team who is based in Asia and will work closely with the investment teams based in London and US to provide legal advice on a variety of multijurisdictional transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, capital structuring, divestitures, and general corporate advisory work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate M&A lawyer with a strong background in private equity transactions from a top tier law firm and / or in-house with a reputable investment house. You will be a team player with a high level of work ethic and capable of managing multiple projects.
