Banking & Financial Services Paralegal – Offshore Law Firm – Guernsey
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading offshore law firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join the Financial Services team in Guernsey.
The Firm
Our client is a leading offshore law firm with an international focus, acting for a wide range of clients that include large financial institutions, multinationals, large corporate and high-net-worth individuals. The firm are particularly well known for their expert legal advice to the offshore banking & finance industry.
The Team
Globally recognised, the banking and financial services team covers the full spectrum of banking matters, from lending to individuals to complex structured finance transactions. This includes being involved in high profile financing transactions including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and derivatives.
The Role
You will support partners and associates across a range of matters in the banking, corporate/commercial, funds and regulatory sector. This will include:
· Reviewing and summarizing legal documents.
· Conducting legal research and analysis.
· Printing and organizing legal documents for completion.
· Verifying the accuracy of legal forms and documents.
· Supporting the preparation of reports and correspondence.
· Assisting in drafting various legal documents.
· Managing diverse tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
· Maintaining and updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking an individual who has Prior experience working for a law firm within a similar transactional background.
