Technology Disputes Lawyer – 3-5 PQE

The pace of change in business has never been greater. Technology, innovation and new business models are reshaping industries and with that comes complex disputes.

We’re looking for a litigation lawyer with experience in technology disputes to join a leading team focused on resolving high-profile, cutting-edge cases.

What you’ll do:

  • Advise on disputes involving IT projects, AI, data and emerging technologies
  • Advise on contractual disputes, licensing issues and claims around misuse of data, trade secrets, and software IP
  • Work with clients ranging from household names to innovative start-ups across sectors including fintech, telecoms, life sciences and sports technology

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation with experience in IT / technology disputes
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
