Public Companies M&A/Equity Capital Markets – 2-6 PQE

1. The ideal candidate is a E&W trained corporate lawyer focusing on public company work (public M&A, UK ECM, US ECM and private M&A work as well).
2. Supporting London capital markets team and wider M&A & Private Equity team.
3. We are looking for associates with a broad base of corporate experience including some public companies M&A and ECM work. Some scope to do some private M&A as well.
4. Someone who has done AIM and Main Market (standard) deals would be ideal; any US deals are a bonus but not essential.
5. Looking for candidates from US, Magic Circle and UK firms who have a good reputation for this type of work.
