Energy | 2-3 PQE
Energy and natural resources is inevitably a growing practice. Our client is a leading player in the field, ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories for their transactional involvement both in London, but also across four continents.
This role sits in the Corporate Department but you’ll be highly involved in all elements of strategic and high value business acquisitions & disposals, including but not limited to;
- Public & Private M&A
- Joint Ventures
- Capital Markets (ECM, AIM and LSE)
- Reorganizations
- Debt Finance & Project Finance
Focusing on the energy & natural resources sector, you’ll get the chance to interact with a modern and wide client base, from financial advisors and private equity firms to cleantech and upstream mining companies.
You’re expected to satisfy the following requirements:
- 2-3 PQE as an England & Wales qualified solicitor
- experience in any of the following: corporate, capital markets, project finance
- practicing in a London leading firm
- experience or strong interest in the natural resources sector (preferred)
