Employment Solicitor – UK law firm – 6 month fixed-term contract.
Taylor Root are currently seeking an experience Employment Solicitor to join our client, a leading law firm based in West Sussex. This role will be offered on a 6 month fixed term basis initially, however this will likely be extended beyond 6 months.
Our client is recognized in the market for having a fantastic reputation with their clients. They have grown exponentially within the last five years adding various new teams across the business. With plans to continue this growth, the firm are now looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join and manage the growing workload in employment.
The employment team are able to provide a full range of employment law services to employees and employers, with services including:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts of employment
- Settlement agreements
- Business (TUPE) transfers
- Managing redundancies
- Unfair dismissal
- Constructive dismissal
- Discrimination claims
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with B2C & B2B and will ideally be available at short notice. The salary on offer is highly competitive and there is potential for this position to be offered on a permanent basis also.
