An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis, working on high-profile employment matters for global clients. The Role:
- Advise on a broad range of employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work.
- Key responsibilities:
- Manage employment tribunal claims.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Provide advice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support corporate transactions with employment-related input.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor (common-law qualified) with 3+ PQE with s a mix of contentious, advisory and transactional work, gained within a top tier firm is preferred.
- Previous experience in a leading employment team.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
