Our client is a well-regarded and dynamic law firm with a successful employment/workplace relations practice. They are currently seeking an employment lawyer to join their busy team.
You will act for employers on a diverse range of matters including:
- Workplace agreements
- Unfair dismissals
- Industrial relations
- Enterprise bargaining
- Equal opportunity
- Litigation in the FWC, State & Federal Courts and Tribunals.
The succesful candidate will have 4+ years' PQE and, ideally be an expert in employment/workplace relations law and the Fair Work Act. Commercial litigators with a degree of experience and demonstrable interest in the WPR space will also be considered.
