About the role: As a Senior Associate or Legal Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Managing your own caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
* Collaborating with partner leads and colleagues across all four of their offices.
* Providing management and supervisory support to junior colleagues.
* Supporting training and client relationship management.
* Advising on employee relations matters, including internal disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes.
* Reviewing policies, procedures, and contracts.
* Advising on equalities obligations and conducting/supporting Employment Tribunals.
* Advising on TUPE processes and contributing to drafting commercial agreements.
* Delivering training on a broad range of employment issues and supporting business development initiatives.
