Employment Senior Associate

Rare opportunity for a 4+ PQE employment lawyer looking to work in a full-service global law firm with strong sector experience.

Based in the firm’s Leeds office, this role would suit a talented, ambitious and diligent employment lawyer with at least 4 years PQE looking to develop and thrive within a dynamic team with an international focus.

The role will involve working for a wide range of clients including major organisations on complex employment projects and there will also be the chance to work with colleagues in other UK offices and overseas.

The team are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to work on a number of separate matters at once and have the ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines. Strong client care skills are essential as well as the ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues you work with and other practice groups and feel comfortable supervising junior colleagues.
