A rare opportunity has arisen to join this central London law firm as a part-time PSL in its Employment team. You'll either be an existing PSL or a fee-earner of 6+ PQE currently fee-earning at a respected firm and keen to make your first move into a PSL role. The role is available on a part-time basis, working either 3 or 4 days per week. The role will include updating and developing the firm's employment law know-how, monitoring practice and legal developments, organising internal training, assisting with marketing and business development (including assisting with tender processes, marketing events and client seminars) and answering fee-earner enquiries relating to internal know-how and new and complex areas of law. Candidates need to possess excellent client care skills, a strong interest in using technology and applications to maximise efficiency and the ability to see issues from a commercial perspective.
