Our client, a central London full service law firm, is seeking the assistance of an Employment newly qualified solicitor (NQ) to join the employment group for a period of 12 months from September 2019. The candidate will have trained with a London City, West End or top Regional firm and will have undertaken at least one if not two employment seats during their training contract.
The successful candidate will be confident, keen and enthusiastic with strong organisational and communication skills, the desire to learn and good attention to detail. The role will involve you dealing with a range of employment law matters including employment tribunal claims, advising on grievances, advising on TUPE and outsourcing agreements, drafting the employment section of due diligence reports, and some high court exposure.
