This mid-cap US bank is looking to appoint an employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal Team in London.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of employment and Employee Relations (ER) work including advising on day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinary processes, performance management, grievance processes and preventative management as well as remuneration and benefits structures and entitlements, as well as negotiating employment documents. The role will also include some transactional work.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE advising on advisory (contentious and non-contentious) and transactional work.

This role requires a confident, assertive, and commercially minded lawyer with solid experience advising Financial Services clients on complex ER matters.
