This is a rare opportunity, for an ambitious employment lawyer, to join a well established Top 200 firm with an excellent Legal 500 ranking and multiple offices across the regions.
In this varied role you will work as part of an experienced team and have significant contact with more senior lawyers to further your development. Your case load will include leading blue chip and SME clients and the firm takes pride in enabling junior lawyers to take on high levels of responsibility. Notably, due to the current structure of the team, you are likely to progress quickly to an Associate level and then Partnership should this be your aspiration.
Alongside being part of a collaborative team, the role will provide you with rewarding work covering discrimination matters, employment tribunal work, corporate support, outsourcing arrangements and aspects of complex restructures. You will also frequently work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure you gain fantastic client and commercial exposure.
