The Role

Working with a talented team of Associates, you can expect to work with a range of clients from government and the private sector, including government bodies, a number of superannuation funds, ASIC listed and international businesses and financial services organisations, advising on:

  • Investigations and employment disputes
  • Global advice for strategic people and transformation projects, including change management, restructuring and collective bargaining
  • Day to day HR and employment advice on policies and process
  • Advising on and enforcing restrictive covenant arrangements
  • Advising on employment claims and issues including unfair dismissal, sexual harassment and discrimination
  • Workplace health and safety compliance, investigations and protections

This role is ideally suited to an Employment Lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification, however, we would be interested in hearing from candidates who exceed or have a lower PQE.
