Our prestigious client, a top-tier firm based in Birmingham, is actively seeking a talented mid to senior level Employment Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a member of this esteemed firm, you will be immersed in a diverse range of legal matters, handling both contentious and non-contentious cases. Your responsibilities will encompass tribunal litigation Employment tribunal litigation, providing day to day support to HR teams as an integral member of the client’s service delivery team, HR project work on restructurings, redundancies and TUPE, corporate support and advisory work, providing you with a comprehensive and stimulating workload.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handling a varied caseload of employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues.
– Providing expert legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters.
– Drafting legal documents and contracts.
– Representing clients in negotiations and before tribunals when necessary.
– Collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
– England and Wales qualified solicitor with mid to senior level experience in Employment Law.
– Strong expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
– Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations.
