Employment Associate Lawyer
Fantastic role for an employment lawyer with circa 3-6 years' PQE to join an award winning employment team at a leading sector-focussed practice. This is a rare opportunity to join an established and thriving employment team advising respondent clients throughout the UK. This role can be based in either the firms' Birmingham or Manchester offices.
The role will incorporate; advisory, litigation and general employment work (to include drafting policies and employment contracts) as well as working with colleagues from other teams on larger projects.
The employment team works for all of the firm's sector clients including; health & social care, social enterprise and charities as well as working for many well-known commercial clients on all aspects of employment law.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent technical lawyer with a clear motivation to work within a sector focussed firm and the ability to hit the ground running. The candidate will have strong client facing skills, and feel comfortable running their own caseload as well as working as part of a team.
This would be a great fit for an employment lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE respondent experience looking for the chance to join a collegiate team and work for a great mix of clients.
