Employment Associate – (3+ PQE) 12m FTC
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Employment Associate to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover a period of maternity leave. The role will focus on all aspects of employment law, with an emphasis on providing legal advice to employers. Our client is looking for a proactive associate who can quickly build confidence with clients, both internal and external, to deliver commercially astute and legally accurate advice.

They consistently rank as one of the top law firms for employment law in London and advise a broad range of clients including employers, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for employment law. You should also have experience in advising clients on a range of employment law matters, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
As an Employment Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on the employer side of the practice
- Working on a mixed caseload for both employers and senior executives on contentious, non-contentious and transactional work
- Working across a range of sectors, including private, public and third sector clients
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Delivering high-quality and timely legal services
