The Firm

A US headquartered firm, with strong presence in Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East that has been continuously expanding their London office.

Our client is known for the quality and elite corporate, finance, transactional, regulatory, litigation, investigations and dispute resolution services they provide to clients; from multinational corporations, global public companies to enterprising startups.

Even more important, they’re reputable for the welcoming culture and modesty they nurture across all trainees, NQs and associates alike.

The Role

This firm’s department in London, operates as a global hub and is heavily focused on litigation, arbitration, regulation and investigations within the oil and gas, insurance, technology, aviation and engineering sectors.

The role is not a generic commercial litigation role, since it will have strong focus on sanctions and export controls work, along with arbitration, investigation and dispute resolution.

Joining this firm, would mean that you can work directly with partners that have been referenced as Leading Individuals and Recommended practitioners from Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, while further advancing your litigation and investigations expertise.

The Candidate

You should be 5PQE UK qualified lawyer, from a leading UK or US firm with a reputable litigation practice. It is required that you have experience in sanctions/export controls work, and investigation litigation and compliance experience would be highly preferred.

If you match the aforementioned criteria and you are intrigued by a specialized litigation role, then get in touch with Irini Panagiotopoulou (irinipanagiotopoulou@taylorroot.com).

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
