Among the measures we have implemented for clients are: freezing orders, search and seizure orders, injunctions and Norwich Pharmacal orders.
To ease the funding of litigation we offer bespoke fee arrangements and, where appropriate, we can provide third party funding, acquire claims and arrange After Event Insurance (ATE).
